Ride Along

To be able to do a Ride-Along, you will need to fill out the below preliminary form.

You do not have to have any certifications to ride on the ambulance - as this is for observation only. Due to regulations, you will be required to complete a HIPPA (privacy) test and our Blood Borne Pathogens course.
